30-Day Shred Complete!!!

So, I stuck it out for 30 days & I am so glad I did!
I hope that my totals will inspire you to try this. I was skeptical at first, but found lots of blogs written by normal (unpaid) people who had had great results. So without further ado, here are my totals from my first time through the 30-Day Shred…
TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS: 11 POUNDS!
CHEST: 1 INCH
WAIST: 2 INCHES
HIPS: 3 INCHES
THIGHS: 4 INCHES OFF EACH
So what will I do now? I will continue to “shred” every day but this month, instead of spending 10 days on each level, I will rotate levels daily. So I should rotate through each level about 9 times in February. AND I am giving myself a break–taking Sundays off since we are already so busy with church & family on that day. If I have time, I’ll work out; but if not, I won’t stress about it!
I wish I had the nerve to post before & after pictures, but I don’t… SORRY! 😉
