This post is a bit different from what I’ve been posting. And even though I’m still “shredding”, there are many more things going on in my life that I feel compelled to share. Hope this one inspires you as much as my shred posts.
I did a google search for “Bible smugglers” this morning. WHY? I really don’t know… Oh wait! I remember… It was because there was an envelope from Voice of the Martyrs sitting next to me & I noticed the words on the outside of the envelope, “Why We Smuggle Bibles”. Now, why I googled it instead of opening the envelope, I have no idea.
But I am very excited to share with you what I found… I can be a Bible smuggler & YOU can too! And you can do it without getting a passport! Bibles Unbound will tell you how.
How interesting that we just cancelled our home phone because we rarely used it. DH & I both have cell phones. And isn’t it interesting that the cost of 5 Bibles is actually just a few dollars LESS than we were spending on our phone bill? For less than what we were essentially wasting on a home phone (a method of communication), we can communicate the gospel each and every month to those in the underground church.
And that brings me to another thought-provoking question that our pastor has asked more than once: IF CHRISTIANITY WERE ILLEGAL WHERE YOU LIVE, WOULD THERE BE ENOUGH EVIDENCE TO CONVICT YOU?
