Apparently, T-Tapp works!! After 4 days of T-Tapping, I have lost a total of 5 inches!! Half an inch from my bust,
2 inches from my waist,
2 inches from my abs
& 1/2 an in from my calves.
I have been doing the Organs in Place & Half Frogs, followed by the 15 minute Basic Workout–WOW! Oh, and I occasionally do Hoe Downs–when I remember them.
My clothes are fitting much better. I can’t wait for them to get loose!! I have not deprived myself at all. I’ve actuallly had ice cream a couple times & a snow cone (with EXTRA cream, ha)!!
