you asked about facebook. I created a fan page for my blog. And when I post new entries it just shows up in the feeds of everyone that likes me on my blog page. I also created a page on network blogs, and that shows up on the feeds for all my friends. However, with all the changes that have been made I cannot figure out for the life of me, how to do it now. I was looking, so I could give you some better info. I just don't see it. I'll ask a friend and maybe she knows how to set up now that they've changed everything.
