Had a check up yesterday. Baby has hair!! She was so “busy” that it was hard to get a clear shot of her… She is growing very well, 5lbs 6oz so far! We are still taking things one day at a time. I haven’t had any more complications, and we all know the longer she “bakes”, the better.
On another note, as if we don’t have enough going on, we are moving this weekend! Well, I should say Jeff & some other folks from our new church will be moving our stuff this weekend. I am still here on the couch in Clinton. I am kinda sad that I can’t be there to help, but my dr & others keep reminding me this is just a season & in the grand scheme of things, missing these little things won’t even matter.
Oh, and I got my hair cut today–just a trim… One of the members at our new church is a cosmetologist & was going to be in the area today. She and her DH stopped by & she gave me a trim. Yay–I needed it desperately! They also prayed over me & baby, so that was a huge blessing.
So that is all that is new with us… Waiting & trust God in His timing!
Wow…you are going to bring a new little one home to a brand “new to you” house. So much going on there. Glad to hear she is still baking. Sounds like she is getting to a pretty good size. 🙂
I am glad that folks will be helping you move. My last move was at 7.5 months, uncomplicated pregnancy, and I thought the baby would come early because of it. No such luck, she was 4 days late. Anyway, I’m glad you are doing well and continue to pray for you.
Just a week and a half left. You can do it!!! God is faithful!!!!
I wish we could offer to help Jeff move y’all, but Tommy still can’t lift more than 5 lbs, so I don’t think we’d be good help.
